I have been teaching students from around the world for 8 years. Helping my students to bring their bakes to life with a range of fondant design skills and techniques.

Many know how to bake but struggle a little with taking their bakes to that next level with fondant skills such as sugar flowers, fondant animals and sugar lace etc.

With a background in Art and Art Psychology I often refer to my classes as Cupcake Therapy! It's fun, relaxing and allows you to develop your creativity.

My passion for not only designing cupcake art but my love of teaching has led me to teach over 5000 students world wide.

Students from Australia, Iran, Brazil, America, Mexico, India and beyond! Bonkers I know! Bonkers but brilliant and so much fun!
