Updated class policies regarding COVID-19

Lady Berry Classes will have a maximum of 6 students if fully booked.

Workshop spaces may vary at other venues.Students will be sitting next to each other for classes and are welcome to wear masks. Doors and windows will be open to increase circulation so please wear something warm but not fluffy. 

All students will be required to provide a negative lateral flow covid test 24 hours before your class. 

Send a photograph of yourself with your test and a dated image is required to info@ladyberrycupcakes.co.ukLateral flow test can be picked up in various locations: https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests

The studio and equipment will be cleaned thoroughly before each class, and high touch points will be cleaned throughout the day as necessary.Hand sanitiser will be provided on arrival and the table throughout class. You are welcome to bring your own refreshments, tea and coffee will be offered throughout and these touch points will be cleaned regularly. 

If you are unable to make your class due to COVID-19 you must inform us by emailing me at info@ladyberrycupcakes.co.uk by 5pm the night before the class.You are only able to book a new class space one months after cancelling with us.

 If you are cancelling attending please try and send someone in your place as materials will have already been prepared.  Obviously cancelling can be problematic on many levels, so I kindly ask that you do not take advantage of the unusual situation we find ourselves in.

Lady Berry 's usual Ts & Cs apply regarding any other cancellations. If you are displaying any possible COVD-19 symptoms or have been told to self isolate, you must not attend class and inform me as soon as possible.If you let us know you cannot attend class after 5pm the night before class, we are unable to transfer you to a new class date with that credit.

If you have to cancel a second class you have booked due to COVID-19 related reasons, Iā€™m afraid we will not be able to book you into a third date or refund you.If I have to reschedule a class due to COVID-19 related reasons, you will be offered new dates or credit. Iā€™m afraid refunds will not be given.
