Learn to make a collection of 3D Christmas Characters that can be used for cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Learn to create these for your customers and loved ones.

You will learn how to create:

• Smooth fondant topper discs

• How to secure your fondant characters

• Facial features and extra fondant details

• Santa

• Reindeer

• Gingerbread man

• Snowman

You will take home a box of 4 fondant toppers in a gift box to use for your cakes or cupcakes when your ready along with a range of new cupcake decorating skills and confidence.

You will also receive a Lady Berry Cupcakes certificate of completion of your class.
