The Flower Garden Class
The Flower Garden Class you will learn to create a selection of beautiful sugar flowers that you can use to decorate your cakes, cupcakes and cookies.
You will learn:
To create smooth fondant toppers for professional cupcakes
To create a selection of fondant leaves and stems
To create fondant roses, foxgloves, daffodils, poppies, daisies, gerbras and many more sugar flowers
How to use sugar pearls and edible dusts to enhance your flowers
There is no baking involved in the class*
You will take home a box of 12 beautifully decorated cupcakes in a gift box along with a range of new cupcake decorating skills and confidence.
You will also receive a Lady Berry Cupcakes certificate of completion of your class.
